We are adopting KSB's Restraint and Seclusion Policy and repealing JGB-E(1) - Restraint and Seclusion Incident Report Form and JGB-E(2) - Restraint and Seclusion Debriefing Form. While we will continue to use these forms, they will no longer be part of the policy.
